WOW! I had have tight shoulders/neck for years even though I do a lot of yoga and monthly back/shoulder massage, I could feel this stretching my shoulders more than anything else has ever! am going to check out Emily's other videos now and sign up to the back to life programme as have had bad problem for years also despite many physio/osteo/chiro/acupuncture treatments.
Wow just came from your ClickBank video and i could`nt watch all the way waiting for the thing i was trying to see so i can try the stretch...
