Here is an overview of my experience in managing sciatic nerve pain for sciatica pain relief. I have spent many years getting over a ruptured disc which has lead to me finding the best way to relieve pain and the symptoms of sciatic nerve damage.
Whilst I am not medically trained, I am a fully qualified instructor and my experience in dealing with this particular issue please be to believe these are the best ways of overcoming the pain and the symptoms surrounding damage to the sciatic nerve
Many doctors will tell you that you should stop training or stop the sport that caused the problem, however, I believe that it is possible to overcome the symptoms with proper management and care and generally being sensible about your posture and ergonomics of your everyday life.

Thank you I finally found a good exercise to help me get back into training again
回复删除these are all really helpful, especially the foam roller, that has worked wonders for me. But if you have inflammation and nerve pain in your lower back I highly don't recommend bending over, legs straight, lifting the weight (what you see early on in the video). Lifting the weight that way could could cause you disc to further slip out.
回复删除Sorry but with real back pain and nerve pain and your butt cheek..thigh and calf hurt bad and it shoots into your groin....there's noway to attempt these exercises without further injuring yourself.
回复删除Oops I mean reply. Sorry. LOL
回复删除Hi,
回复删除Thanks for your replay to my last comments. These exercises seem very useful exercises for the low back and hips. Since I've had chronic back and hip pain for quite a while now, I've decided to do a few qigong warm ups before I do theses. I'm sure your suggestions here will help a lot.
Thanks,
Sunny Hogan - topbaker

回复删除I have l4 l5 as pinched nerves.Initially there was intense pain which subsided on its own.The pinch remains.I have tried all these exercises these may be comforting but the pinch remains. But otherwise I am doing fine.It is 29 years that I developed this condition.I have visited many doctors but there appears to be no cure.If you could suggest any O would be grateful.
回复删除You can check Unflexal to learn more about training your body.
回复删除I have been suffering with lower back pain. Did MRI as well, one of the doctor said it is sciatica, i am not sure whether it is a sciatica or not. As of now i am not going for any treatment due to lack of money, i will follow the above suggestions and see whether the pain would control or not. Thanks for your suggestions.
