The system told me she would be curious about the message and she would call back. And that idea worked just as planned. She was curious as to why I would thank her and what I was doing.


I told her the breakup had given me a fresh perspective. Of course the trick was to get her to call back and she did. I was really surprised she called back so quickly.


The next step was to get her onto the next step. I was hoping she would agree to go for a coffee with me. After coffee and lunch a few times she was starting to feel very at ease.


Next was to move onto a meal at a restaurant. Another small step. Moving to a meal from coffee would be small but easy step for her to take. Jumping from the phone conversation to the meal together was just too much to ask.


I think you probably realise the pattern now, small step after small step. Every little step should not be a stretch as she's feeling at ease by now. Now you can bring the next step into the game.


I used a number of these steps in my system to get my wife back. You plan may work different than mine and you may even manage it in fewer steps. The important thing is you have the step by step system to follow all the way.


I spent about 6 or 7 weeks on this getting my wife back stuff. I followed the system rules very closely. I think it was a great investment as it did exactly as it claimed it would.

How Yoga Can Help Chronic Back Pain

Research studies have shown that yoga is an effective way to relieve low back pain. Many postures in yoga simultaneously stretch and strengthen the low back to help ease chronic discomfort and prevent any new problems. Furthermore, the spine is not an isolated body part. The mechanical function of your spine is affected by the alignment, flexibility and strength of many parts of your body including:


• Foot, knee, leg alignment
• Muscle strength of legs, buttocks, back and abdominal wall
• Abdominal protrusion (as with pregnancy, or a beer belly)
• Hip flexibility
• Position of the pelvis (tilted forward, back or to the side)
• Shape and flexibility of the lumbar (lower back) spinal curve
• Shape and flexibility of the thoracic (upper back) spinal curve
• Shape of the cervical (neck) spinal curve
• Shoulder carriage and mobility
• Position of the head in relation to the shoulders


Spinal Anatomy and Function


The arms, legs, chest all attach to the spine, via the shoulder girdle, pelvis and ribs. The weight of the head is perched on the end of the spine. Therefore, the spine affects and is affected by every movement your body makes. For example, if your head is not properly balanced, the natural curve of the neck becomes distorted. If the arms or legs don't have full range of motion, the spine must compensate by extra bending and twisting. Yoga helps people learn to maintain proper posture and spinal alignment throughout the day, placing less strain on the back and spine.


Muscles that Act on the Spine


Running parallel to your spine are the erector spinae muscles, deep muscles of the back that support the spine in the upright position. The erector spinae rotate the spine, bend it backward and sideways, and influence posture by helping create and maintain the proper spinal curves. If the erector spinae are too tight, they contribute to swayback. If they are too stretched out, they contribute to a flat back. If they are overworked, they can go into painful spasms. Yoga helps maintain back health by both stretching and strengthening the erector spinae.


The lower back is also significantly influenced by three sets of muscles that attach to the pelvis or the lumbar vertebrae: the hip flexors (which raise the thigh toward the chest), the abdominals, and the hamstrings (long muscles on the back of the thigh). These muscles can create a forward or backward tilt to the pelvis, leading to an increase or decrease in the lumbar curve. For example, because hip flexors attach to the front of the pelvis, tight hip flexors will tilt the pelvis forward, creating sway back. Tight hamstrings will tilt it backwards, creating a flat back. Weak abdominal muscles will allow the pelvis to drop forward and will fail to support the lumbar spine from the front. Yoga can help correct these problems by improving overall range of motion and flexibility.


Each of your joints is controlled by at least two sets of muscles: the flexors (which bend the joint) and the extensors, which straighten it. In addition, a number of joints have rotator muscles that twist, turn, or rotate the bones. Good posture can only exist when the flexors, extensors and rotators are in proper balance. But often the muscles acting upon a joint are out of balance. For example, the flexors may be tighter or shorter than the extensors, so that the joint can not be fully straightened; or the muscles that rotate the joint in one direction may be stronger than those that rotate it the other way. These unequal forces make the joint weaker and more vulnerable. Many people with back or neck pain suffer from imbalances of the flexors, extensors and rotators of the spine, arms and legs. With an intelligent program of stretching and strengthening (as with yoga) the muscle groups can be brought back into balance.

It's an unfortunate fact that most pregnant women will experience it at some point, but fortunately, preventing back pain during pregnancy is relatively easy to do. First, you must understand what causes the pain, and then just do a few simple exercises every day to help strengthen the muscles that will be instrumental in the prevention of this pain


As your belly swells throughout your pregnancy, you will find your center of gravity shifting to compensate for the extra weight pulling you forward. To accomplish this, your back will begin to arch more and more, compressing the vertebrae and discs of the lumbar spine. This doesn't need to go on very long before you will find yourself experiencing back pain. Fortunately, preventing back pain during pregnancy is not too difficult, as long as you diligently perform exercises that strengthen the correct muscle groups.


The most important group of muscles to strengthen when preventing back pain during pregnancy is known as the ore group. These muscles were meant to support your spine and stabilize your pelvis, but if they become weak, then other body parts, like your lower back, try to compensate, often resulting in back pain. If you perform the exercises below, you will strengthen your core muscles and take pressure off of your lower back.


The first exercise you can do is called a row. Place your feet slightly wider than your hips, bend your knees, and push your bottom out so you are in a squat position. Bend over from the waist so your torso is parallel to the floor. Using small dumbbells, perform a rowing movement, bringing the dumbbell up towards your ribs, and repeat this 6-10 times. Another exercise is squats. Place your feet slightly wider than your hips and turn them outward slightly. Lower yourself into a sitting position, and then squeeze your bottom together as you return to a standing position. Repeat this 6-10 times as well.


A few more exercises are the bird dog: Get on all fours, with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Keeping your back flat, extend opposite arms and legs into the air, and then repeat on the other side. Or, you can try a hip bridge. Rest your head and neck on a birthing ball, with your hips pushed into the air. Drop your hips to the floor, then raise them back up, using your bottom to push. Repeat both of these exercises 6-10 times.


Preventing back pain during pregnancy is really quite simple if you perform these simple exercises daily. They are all specifically designed to strengthen your core muscles. As always, check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. Back pain can be unpleasant and even debilitating, but if you start these exercises early in the pregnancy, you may never have to experience it.

Your muscles weaken, your immunity levels drop and your state of mind can move from frustrated to depressed. It can be a vicious cycle or a downward spiral.


Even with the popularity of Yoga today, some of you may think of a bunch of old men wearing sheets and sitting in pretzel poses. The actuality is that if you can simply calm your breathing, you can reduce the anxiety associated with chronic pain (and you can wear any comfortable clothing that you choose - no sheets required). Once you can relax a little, you can generate some healing properties into painful areas and the focused energy and blood flow can often reduce some of the pain.


Deep, slow breathing into painful areas can reduce the constriction in the muscles and send a fresh supply of oxygen to body parts that are in need of healing. The breath is a powerful tool that everyone possesses but many people don't take advantage of.


Can Yoga cure you? We won't go that far, but wouldn't it be worth it to try to alleviate some of the pain? Let's look a little more into some specific analogies.


Fibromyalgia is a condition that gives you widespread chronic pain in your muscles and even into your ligaments and tendons. It is described as a deep ache with trigger point areas that are more painful when touched. Basically ~ everything hurts and you can experience extreme fatigue.


Yoga can provide less pain, better sleep, more strength, endurance and stamina and increased positivity in everyday life. It is a practice of easy postures that can be adjusted according to your level of activity and pain on any given day. You can practice Yoga to reduce fatigue, to strengthen muscles or to simply relax your body.


Arthritis sufferers also have chronic pain. The sharp intense pain associated with arthritis can make you want to reject all movement. But people who live with this pain know that movement is essential. Unless your arthritis is severe, exercise is recommended for people with arthritis due to decreased strength and endurance. You may not want to practice first thing in the morning when pain is sometimes at its worst, but later in the day, once your joints have warmed up a bit, a gentle Yoga practice could be the best form of exercise for you.


When you do practice Yoga, adjust your poses so that you feel your stretch. Don't' go so far into any pose that you feel sharp pain in the joints. Some days you might be able to stretch certain muscles and other days the same stretch might be painful. You need to really listen to your body and adjust your poses and the intensity of your stretches accordingly.


There are studies that recently revealed that Yoga can help with chronic back pain. Practicing restorative types of Yoga, such as Iyengar Yoga, can help with posture, range of motion, and reducing recovery time from injury.


Chronic back pain patients need to focus more on alignment, using props such as blankets and Yoga blocks to achieve some of the poses. The muscle strengthening and lengthening should be practiced slowly while focusing on the breath-work. The same benefits previously discussed will provide relief with stress, anxiety, frustration and depression.


Chronic pain is a maddening issue to deal with. Always being in pain, sometimes worse than others, can carry negativity and depression with it. The breathing practice that is incorporated into Yoga poses sends fresh oxygenated blood into areas to warm the muscles. Gently moving through breath connected poses is stress relieving, immunity building and mobility promoting.


Even slow strength improvements can make a big difference with chronic pain. If Yoga can be a comfortable form of exercise why not try it? Awareness of your body and adjustments are important while practicing Yoga, but that awareness can carry into your everyday life. Being aware of breath constriction and adjusting as necessary can ease some discomfort ~ even while you are not practicing.

I notified Harris as soon as I learned Beasley had been around a kid, and of their escalating behavior.

Women's Health Associates OB/GYN Dr. Elizabeth Wilson was just recorded at a Family Health Center exam, AGAIN, making sexually humiliating remarks regarding my childhood sexual abuses, and my LGBT Aspergers sexuality. That's likely her reasoning for her new self-serving diagnosis especially since she was previously recorded blaming my childhood sexual abuses for the bleeding. If Dr. Wilson did the hysterectomy and all of my non-bleeding issues with pelvic pain, fever, paralysis, incontinence, LOW back swelling, and bleeding from sexual arousal go away, that new medical evidence will make me very wealthy at the expenses of Green Meadows Clinics, Boone Hospital Center, University of Missouri Hospital, M.U.P.C., and Family Health Center. Basically, every major hospital in Boone County, plus Orlando Regional Medical Center, and the Florida Hospital that's funded by Walt Disney Co, and the Orlando Magic. Not to mention some other federally funded entities that Chad said he wanted to 'shut down' like he did the abusive & famous Chattahoochee Mental Hospital in Florida. It's now privately owned and does not accept medicaid. Unless the medicaid recipient has a felony assault related to their mental illness. Chattahoochee, Floridas equivalent to Fulton, or the ungodly & tortuous Missouri State School (Marshall MO) where person with autism get thrown due to lazy, hateful family members... Chattahoochee is most famous for the characters played by Burt Reynolds & Dom Deluise, as well as Adam Sandler in the remake of 'The Longest Yard'

Pay attention because this is the really fun part, that my wife used to watch me do for about a decade. I'd make a rapid mathematical/logical deduction based on behaviors from multiple abusive entities, write it down, mail it back to us and leave it unopened for months as the postmark is a poor mans 'copyright' date. Then everything would fall into place as the months went by, and she'd eventually open it and just shake her head... i am not talking about self-fulfilling prophecies. I am talking about predicting the behaviors in multiple social systems based on behavioral patterns... My predictions were vague, but so unique that they were based on the individuals, their nuclear systems, governing dynamics of said systems, and various logical deductions.

See, I have emails, texts, and recorded phone calls from way back in October? of 2014 of me stating: "Watch! They'll [Family Health Center] will somehow try to tell me that I can't record my exams, or call my legal counsel while the provider's are doing their exams..." because of all the deliberate abuses I recorded at Family Health Center. But, most importantly, the recorded evaluations, phone calls, and emails with their outstanding Veteran provider Beth Sweeney F.N.P. who took my case because my advocate Kathryn Hart had a talk with her. These emails of my predictions regarding retaliation by Family Health Center were to my human trafficking advocates, from Central Missouri Stop Human Trafficking Coalition, as I am a survivor of the Central Missouri child sex trade from 1975-1987. My traffickers were my parents & my Boone Hospital center R.N. aunt & her alcoholic husband son of former Phoenix House counselor & self-proclaimed Alcoholics Anonymous 'matriarch' Willie Grey Doyle. Even though my cousins stated that Gray was in fact imbibing. Willie Gray knew damn well her 2 alcoholic sons were child molesters, and career criminals. Bill Green, her oldest, was disbarred from the MO Bar Association. He referred lawyers, doctors, politicos to Bob & Mary who then made arrangements for some of us (my cousins & I) to 'service' these bastards. 'Gray' wasn't about to report it because she didn't want them to roll on her and what she did to them as kids. plus, the family would 'look' bad... Lose their 'social status'.

I made my predictions about a possible attempt by Family Health Center to prevent me from recording my exams after I recorded my initial discrimination claim to Rebecca Leach. Beth refused to return a call I made to her on that same morning. I waited about a week, and called Beth again. She finally called me back, and that's when she said that they had gotten the ultrasound that verified her original evaluations regarding her suspicions of possible fibroid's a.k.a tumors... Now they all looked like assholes. Hateful, condescending, discriminating, audio recorded assholes... Except Beth. Beth Sweeney was recorded out-diagnosing, out-performing, and providing outstanding Veteran care where 9 previous 'medical doctors' had arrogantly refused to provide me with proper, safe, care. Yet these bigoted bastards billed me as if they had... Once i saw the escalating behavior I immediately began building my social 'firewalls' between myself, Nanette Ward, and Kathryn Hart so no litigation attorney could maintain that I was guided, or persuaded, by them. Nor could anyone accuse them of lying on my behalf so the Coalition could benefit from any malpractice settlements. My social firewalls are to keep my witness's honest, and their testimony completely independent of mine... I did it with my wife, Chad, and Virginia Holiday.

I just watched the Eric Garner 'I can't breathe' video. I am sure that his friends & family are devastated. However, the fact that Eric proclaimed that the ongoing police profiling/discrimination/retaliations "ends today" means that Eric Bravely gave his life for the cause of equality. He was assassinated by the police officer who refused to reasonably accommodate his medical disabilities in retaliation for asserting discrimination/profiling by N.Y.P.D. Eric is right up there with Jesus Christ (fighting for freedoms), Abraham Lincoln, JFK, MLK, Bobby Kennedy, Medgar Evers, Malcolm X. Muhammad Ali, Rosa Parks, MLK, and so many others also chose to go against the police, and go to jail, in their fights for equality. .

I put off watching the video because I knew I would very much relate to it, even as an autistic F.E.M.A.L.E. of Irish & Native American descent. The 'Trail of Tears' is far from over for any of us... This article is dedicated in loving memory to Eric Garner, Micheal Brown, Trayvon Martin, and Matthew A. Nestle all of whom died very recently as a direct result of discrimination and police profiling. Their deaths were very brutal & unnecessary.

Since I too, have damn near died as a result of these same bigoted attitudes because I am an autistic savant, I extend my prodigious condolences to the surviving families of Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Matthew A Nestle, and Trayvon Martin.

I am bedridden with excruciating pelvic, back and pain in places you'd shudder to know about because of multiple uterine tumors. I had medicated, and sat in my recliner, and said to myself "I hurt so bad I CAN'T BREATHE!" The autism makes the pain even more ungodly because it's another form of sensory overload. This causes rapid heart rate, or tachycardia. This makes breathing very uncomfortable. I have two inhalers that I have to use. With the savant syndrome, the pain triggers a satellite view of the memories of why I still have the tumors inside of me in the first place...

These tumors were deliberately untreated because of police, doctor, homeless shelter staff, and social workers profiling me. They decided that I didn't deserve treatment, to continue to be able to work and get an Obamacare/ Health Care Marketplace plan to be able to pay for the tests, a very necessary biopsy, or even to know about these tumors.

I am not attempting to trivialize the very unnecessary deaths of the aforementioned victims of police profiling. I am rewriting this article to authenticate that the suffocation of minorities via various forms of oppression & Hitlers Nazi Germany starvation tactics through network-centric warfare (social networking a.k.a. Sovereignty Commissions) is a serious epidemic that has amassed a holocaust via countless deaths adding up to mass genocide. I am a Neurontin/gabapentin Holocaust Survivor perpetuated by U.S. President George W. Bush & University of Missouri Hospital, Green Meadows Clinic, Family Counseling Center & Boone Hospital Center, and millions of other hospitals and prescribers WORLDWIDE (per the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Report, Huffington Post, Reuters) climbing in bed with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals for financial kickbacks. I have a passion for humanitarian causes like abolitionism, the abolishment of police profiling, discrimination by anyone especially in any public or federally funded entity like hospitals, etc. All of these get adults & even worse, children killed. There is no bigger atrocity than the untimely death of a child via the hatred & prejudices of allegedly 'educated', licensed, and certified professionals. I have a tremendous success with my investigations, here, in Columbia, MO; Home of the University of Missouri Tigers which is The Capital Seat of the U.S.A.'s Racist & Rapist Culture based on misinterpretations of Christ's teachings. The same way the K.K.K. did. This is very much like Birmingham was to the racist rapist-minded Deep South back in Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s days of attempted peaceful protests to assert civil & basic human rights. This attitude is possessed by women, as well. I have lots of audio of it. The audio will reveal that I was not being unreasonable, disorderly, or disrespectful in any way.

Richard Beasley & Scott Rozear Mason were both exceptionally smart, nice, and liked by many. Smooth operators. Both of them. As were the Orange County States Attorney's Kim Mann & Karen Bankowitz who are guilty of the Brady Violations that gave him grounds for appeal on the 20 year prison sentence that I got for him. Beasley targeted drug addicted & alcoholic mothers of TODDLERS, got these women high, then when they made a drug run, or passed out on Xanax he molested their baby's and took Polaroids while he sexually molested them. Orange County gave this U.S. Navy trained UNregistered & UNconvicted (on sex offenses anyway) sexual predator 30 years probation even though he caught 17 new similar charges in Polk Co. MO while he was R.O.R.'d on 2 counts of child molestation.

Scott Rozear Mason was trafficking an 11 year old child to him. When I found out-Mason got drunk and slipped up letting the cat out of the bag, I became U.S. Navy Officer & Beasley's FL Dept. of Corrections Sex Offender Specialist. Within days they had threatened his life, and i made him aware of it so he could do a safe capture when they were going to hide the child on Thanksgiving 2010.

AFTER filing and winning all those motions that guaranteed him about 30 years in prison??? 1o years earlier they let him walk on 60+ R.I.C.O. Violations. but, he was 'white'. If Beasley had been black he'd have never walked on the R.I.C.O. charges and been serving 40 years just like his partners that he rolled, and testified against, for the walk.

Beasley, a U.S. Navy trained (Vietnam) child rapist who liked his victims under the age of 5 and preferably in diapers is now doing 20 years because I was the 'U.S. Navy trained special operator' he couldn't outsmart, Scott Rozear Mason - doing 40 years for killing a teen boy because the U.S. Navy Officer probation officer whose life I saved, Pensacola Police department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the I.R.S. Criminal Investigations Division, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Orange County Florida States Attorney's profiled their own key witness who infiltrated a criminal organization of pedophiles and made them look like the incompetent neuro-normal non-savants that they are, and decided to bury me and erase me vis Brady Violations as an unpaid autistic savant agent of the state who was immunized from prosecution. A real addicts intelligence is compromised by their addiction D.I.S.O.R.D.E.R.S. True addicts cannot control themselves no matter how smart they are... S.M.A.R.T. is as smart does. Active predatory A.D.D.I.C.T.S. are as active predatory addicts do... They tend to possess linear perceptions that tend to make them believe everyone is as sick, and idiotic as them. Truly recovering addicts & alcoholics KNOW that 'Perception' is not 'reality' and worry about what's going on with themselves... If the addict is still projecting their own sickness into others they are NOT 'recovering'. They are in active addiction, themselves, even if they are not 'imbibing' and are therefore completely out of touch with reality. They are still acting 'insanely' by doing stupid shit, expecting no consequences from doing the stupid shit. Or, trying to hustle their way out of the consequences... I've observed them doing this for decades, as well. They know that they do it...

Also, for the record, the sweetest, smartest, most passionate & warm people I know are recovered (A.A. Big Book specialists highlight the word 'recovered') from chemical addictions. They are my most avid supporters and do not hesitate to stick their necks out to assist me.

I had safer, more sanitary sleeping conditions on the church porch during my street investigation that got a missing 15 year old boy identified as a trafficking victim. I emailed a contact at CPD, and Ruth. Anyway, Kristy & Rachel will blame each other. After they've all snitched each other out, and they and the doctors have all confessed to malpractices via trying to blame me somehow (the audio is going to prove priceless, here) they'll all write me checks. They'll do like Rachel and say my autism affect made them feel threatened, or they saw 'aberrant behavior' which is all based on their prejudices & bigotry. The same way white folks felt threatened by 'negro's' back in the day, saying stupid shit about how they smelled, and sweated profusely, as a reason to make them drink from different water fountains, use different bathrooms, and set at the back of the bus. Again, Podunk perceptions are not reality.

I CAN'T BREATHE to Harbor Freight Tools. They called me retard, falsely wrote me up for drawe shortages when they refused to allow me to count my drawer before I took responsibility for it, or when I ended my shift. Kristy had a responsibility to actually examine ME. Like Dr. Gov-ari , Dr. Alicia Ludden, and Dr. Megan Cates, Kristy refused. I tried to tell her the truth and save face. She refused to pick up the phone. So, "I didn't know" isn't a valid excuse. Willful ignorance is a deliberate choice. Apparently she was afraid she'd smile, beam, giggle, and bite her bottom lip at me, and get wet like she used to 16 1/2 years ago. I don't care how Podunk or how old her degree is, Kristy is smart enough to know that 16 1/2 years, and love letters from a R.A.D.I.C.A.L. prodigious social activist isn't enough to make a sound clinical decision. The recent medical evidence over the past 5 years did not support her unfounded accusations. Kristy L. Jacoby was about to get married into a 'Keeping up with the Jones' LGBT wedding with a baby head shrink with the ass the size of a 13 year old who tweets stupid shit. If Kristy shot her mouth off, she also violated H.I.P.A.A., since she chose a 'clinical' approach. But, not... No exam, no claim of a clinical evaluation. However, she chose to maintain a clinical approach so she chose to violate H.I.P.A.A.

Regardless of her possible colossal fuck-ups, and Rachel's for-sure fuck-ups per recorded statements from attorney Ruth O'Neill, these physicians had an obligation to do a thorough evaluation, examination, and make a proper diagnosis based on current MEDICAL EVIDENCE. They charged me for having done this, yet the audio, and LACK of tests, ultrasounds, etc. prove they fraudulently charged me. Then they stuck a stamp on it and dropped it into the U.S.P.S. postal service. That made it federal criminal offenses. Besides the Chapter 12 criminal A.D.A. Violations.

Kristy's indiscretions were in the interest of preserving the integrity of her marriage. Therefore her fuck-ups are forgiven. I'd certainly defend my marriage to her, or any future female, passionately, regardless of who got pissed. It's not forgotten because I'm setting on multiple unbiopsied tumors many months later because of their mouths, malpractices, discrimination's, and Podunk understandings & projections. Kristy never could 'hold her nuts' when it came to me... Here, she would argue "That was 16 1/2 years ago! I was only 28 and you were a super-cute prodigy!"

Even though she, and her wife Kristen Clark, has likely sat on most of these doctors faces. Possibly at the same time. I dubbed Kristy as the most beautiful, and sexiest woman on the planet. That was based on when she made smart decisions. She screwed the pooch on that. She climbed into her prejudices, ignorance, and climbed up Kristen Clark's teeny weeny teenager ass and thereby hogtied the entire medical community over a piece of pussy. I never dubbed Kristy to be the smartest woman on the planet.

S.MA.R.T. doesn't mean perfect. S.M.A.R.T. is making innocent mistakes and rapidly repairing the situation... Not perpetuating the same idiotic & obtuse behavior, repeating the same stupid shit, albeit different approaches, and expecting different results. Which sounds like addictive behavior, per the literature on it... Those who see addictive behaviors in everyone are usually linear thinkers with addiction disorders.

I see happy, healthy, smart, well-meaning, ethical people. In everyone. Like myself, and my best friends Darla, and Virginia. Whom I get along with perfectly.

How to Fix “Low Back” Pain (INSTANTLY!)

Low back pain is by far the most common source of discomfort we deal with. The irony is, a lot of times what we feel is rooted in the lower back is actually caused by muscles not in the back at all. In this video, I’m going to show you how the glute medius could be the real cause of your back pain and a quick exercise you can do to relieve your discomfort instantly. Once gone, I’m also going to show you a few additional exercises you can do to make sure your low back pain never returns.

The gluteus medius is sandwiched between the glute maximus and minimus and lies in and around the hip area. The role of the muscle is to abduct your hip or lift your leg out to the side in either standing or side lying and to keep your pelvis level whenever you take a step. Prolonged sitting during the day as well as an unequal weight distribution when standing are two of the most common reasons for this muscle to get weak and imbalanced.

You can quickly test to see if you have the makings of a weak glute medius by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and lifting one foot off the ground. First take note whether or not your opposite hip drops significantly. If it does, this would indicate a glute weakness on that side. You would repeat with the opposite foot as well. When you do this you would also want to see if you had to dramatically shift your weight to one side just to lift that foot off the ground. If you do, this would indicate that you have an unequal weight distribution when standing and it would be especially troublesome when squatting.

To fix this quickly, you will want to lay down on the ground with your affected side on top. If your right lower back was bothering you then you would want to lie on your left hip. From here, take your thumb and place it on the area most sore. You should feel that this is going to happen just to the outside of the bony prominence of your pelvis. From here, push to hold back the trigger point and start flossing your leg down and in front of you and then back and up. Your hip should be extended and then lifted into abduction towards the ceiling (being sure to point the toes down to keep the glute medius in focus). Do this about 10 times until you feel the tension in the muscle release.

Now, you can burn out the spasm in the trigger point by getting into the fully contracted position of the glute medius muscle and holding as long as you can. Generally, because this muscle is often very weak, this may not be any longer than 30 seconds to a minute. Once you cannot hold it any more you will stand up and you should notice an immediate relief of the pain on that side.

This is the quick but not permanent fix for this problem. Since the underlying cause is weakness in the gluteus medius muscle you will want to back this up with some exercises for your low back that you can do a few times a week. I show you three options for this. The first is the hip bump against the wall. The second is called the sack swinger, and can be done with a dog leash if you don’t have a formal dip belt. The last is actually doing the same movement that you did for the treatment, but this time as a strengthening exercise for your low back.

Whatever you do, just be sure you are consistent. You will also see that as you relieve the tension in this muscle that your squat performance improves as well. Your depth should be increased and any low back pain that you felt by doing the exercise should be gone since you will now be able to do them with equal force through each leg.

*** STEPS ***
01) Create a new layer above your subject
02) Select a paint brush between 3-5px (see note below)
03) Set the foreground color to white
04) Select the pen tool and set it to create paths
05) Draw loops around your subject as seen in the video
06) Right click the path you created and click "Stroke Path..."
07) In the next menu you get make sure Brush is selected and check "Simulate Pressure" (see note below)
08) Right click the path again and click "Delete path"
09) Erase every other loop so it looks like you duck behind the subject as seen in the video
10) Go to Layer -> Layer Style -> Drop Shadow...
11) Set blend mode to "Normal", Opacity to 100%, Distance to 0 and size to between 6-10
12) Select a color as demonstrated in the video (see note below)
13) Check Outer Glow
14) Set the Blend mode to normal, opacity to 100%
15) Set the color as shown in the video (see note below)

16) Check Inner glow
17) Set Blend mode to normal, opacity to 100%

19) Select the dodge tool set the dodge to between 20%-50% (use your best guess)
20) Select a soft edge brush so it's slightly larger than your lights
21) Dodge areas on the original image corresponding to your lights above
22) Dodge areas randomly along your light beam to give it hot spots

(02) The pain brush effect changes based on the hard edge or soft edge so experiment

(07) Simulate pressure creates the tapering out ends of the light beam, you can leave the option unchecked for different looks

(12a) The color should be light but the color phase is truly the "artistic" phase use your judgement of what looks good
(12b) You can also add noise to create particle effects around your beams.. Generaly 20% gausian and anti-aliased looks good

(15) The color chosen here should be your best judgement but I often use a slightly dark color than I did for shadow

(18a) The inner color is totally optional sometimes, use your best judgement
(18b) The color can be entirely different fromy our Outer Glow and Shadow colors as well

In step 21 we lighten areas on the original image to give the effect the plasma trails we created are casting light onto our subject. You will have to be your own judge as to what looks good here. I will very often go back with the dodge tool and dodge again to keep those lights looking bright.

Going back to the beam and dodging that seperately while it's still in a layer along various spots will give it "hot spots" so it looks more like neon. This is optional but I do this frequently

Also note you can right click on the layer and click "Copy Layer Style" so you can then paste it into other layers to create the same effect using the same colors elsewhere in your image. This is also great if you want to create additional sparkles for your plasma beam using the paint brush tool.
